We ship merchandise from the UK. Orders being sent to countries outside of the UK will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis, meaning orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which may add an additional cost to the price you have paid for your order.
For orders to the United States: As of the 29th August 2025, orders will be shipped via Royal Mail's Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service, which means customs charges are included in the product cost and prepaid on our side. The 'estimated' customs charges have been calculated to the best of our ability using the official US tariff schedule for each product at the time of calculation.
