Shipping policy

All orders are processed in the UK and depending on the time of order, may take 1-3 business days to process. Please note, no orders will be processed or shipped on UK bank holidays or weekends.

Delivery times can vary depending on shipping method and location. Approximate timings below for Royal Mail Tracked services:

UK shipping: 2-3 business days
European shipping: 1-2 weeks
Rest of the World: 1-3 weeks

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If a significant delay in your shipment occurs, we will contact you via email.

In some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery.

All orders shipping to countries within the United Kingdom will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay.


Europe: Orders being sent to countries within the EU will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. Orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which may add an additional cost to the price you have paid for your order. All customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt. You should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the courier. If refused, OBR Management Ltd has the right to deduct shipping costs from the original refund amount. 

All orders need to pass local customs inspection - we are unable to provide an estimate for how long this process will take and have no way to reduce that amount of time. If after 30 consecutive days your package still has yet to arrive, please call your local post office.

United States (available from 30/09): As of the 29th August 2025, orders will be shipped via Royal Mail's Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service, which means customs charges are included in the product cost and prepaid on our side. The 'estimated' customs charges have been calculated to the best of our ability using the official US tariff schedule for each product at the time of calculation. This has been/is a situation that is evolving and updating frequently - this may mean that final customs charges can vary slightly due to changes in customs classification, tariff rates, currency exchange rates, or rounding. If there is a difference between what you pay for your order and the prepaid charge we receive for the PDDP service, we will cover it. USPS should then deliver your order with no additional payment required, however if there are any further charges/duties applied, these are to be covered by the customer.

 

Rest of World: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer upon delivery, and if refused, OBR Management Ltd has the right to deduct shipping costs from the original refund amount.
